Pop Tart's original name was "Fruit Scone," but that sound. The Pop Tart company took inspiration from the pop culture movement of the day and decided to rename it "Pop Tarts." They decided that Pop Tarts should target 17-year-olds or younger because of its sugary sweet taste.

Although Pop Tarts are liked by almost everyone, they're extremely unhealthy. 2 Pop Tarts have 58% of your daily sugar intake, and no health benefits to show for it. It's best to treat these as a dessert rather than a breakfast.

I soon realized that my eyes had been closed to the beauty of the Pop Tart world, so after I bought some Pop Tarts, I decided to indulge in these breakfast delights.
