John, don't publish it. this will most certainty get the site taken down.
#10 Spinal Cord
The spinal cord is a little underwhelming. The taste is very mild and the texture of it is a little funky. Many other people share similar opinions about this organ. It’s still a good snack, though. If you cut it up, the spinal cord can be taken pretty much everywhere. Make sure you store it safely if you plan on preserving it because it does go sour quickly. Overall, it’s an all right meal with decently good versatility.
#9 Brain

Similar to caviar, the brain is an elite meal meant for only the most elite people. Those elite people must be experiencing it differently, because I don’t see what's so good about it. Sure, its taste is flavorful and succulent, but the amount of squishiness in most brains will disgust the average man. Most brain enthusiasts prefer to eat the brain raw, but a couple of minutes in the oven makes the brains far better, transforming the texture into something familiar to smoked salmon. If all brains were served cooked, they would jump up to the 6th or maybe even the 5th position, but some people eat weird things.
#8 Esophagus
The esophagus is a long, stretchy piece of flesh that leads food into the stomach. Like the stomach, the esophagus has bits of food left stuck on the walls from the previous owner. Unlike the stomach, the esophagus has none of that nasty stomach acid, which makes it easy to place the esophagus on this list. The flesh itself is very chewy and tough. It has a decent taste, similar to Lemonhead candy. It’s quite sweet, but not too overwhelming, like a nice in between of the two. Recently, organ harvesters have been giving the free range humans body-altering drugs. These drugs, while enlarging other organs, shrinks and shrivels the esophagus. Non-shriveled esophaguses are becoming more expensive over time which is sending them into a downward spiral. We need to raise awareness of this happening and stop it.
#7 Pancreas
![](https://static.wixstatic.com/media/688c5e_a1ffe11b23e04f2cad122497870c512e~mv2.png/v1/fill/w_720,h_467,al_c,q_85,enc_auto/688c5e_a1ffe11b23e04f2cad122497870c512e~mv2.png)
This meaty little cluster is a childhood meal of many. Nothing special, a little exotic tasting, but not much. The pancreas has a tender, juicy juice that gets improved with a visit to the stove. The pancreas is similar to a steak, but a tad smidge spicier. When the Organ Trade first began in 1966, people soon found that the pancreas was easy to cook and had an appetizing flavor. This early discovery is why thousands of people now feel nostalgia for the unique, but steak-like flavor of the pancreas.
#6 Trachea
The trachea is like salt and vinegar chips; a powerfully strong flavor, but you keep going back for more. The crunch of the outer shell will send dopamine bouncing around your hollow brain. That sour burst of juice from the inner trachea meat is quite tasty. Your saliva that gets infected with that flavor will change you, not necessarily for the better, but it will change you. It’s an addiction that grows with each bite. So, It’s not bad.
#5 Appendix
The appendix is another one of those elite, luxurious meals similar to the brain, but this time, the organ is delicious in all forms. Raw appendix tastes like if peas were made out of a succulent meat. It depends on how you see peas, but the appendix is a worldwide luxury enjoyed by many. Many tactics for appendix cooking exist, but they are too large in numbers to explain all of them. These many tactics exist due to Dr. L. P. Bongus, who devoted his life to the study of the appendix. In short, the Appendix is a deliciously succulent organ that many people enjoy and also fail to pay off bills because of its price.
#4 Kidneys

With the start of the Organ Trade, harvesters began sinking their claws into the delectable kidneys of young children and homeless people. The first tastes were amazingly positive, but later ones were met with mediocre feedback stating that “It tastes like a well-done steak if well-done steak tasted like a rug.”. For the longest time, kidneys were discarded, thrown in the trash. It was then figured out that human blood would recreate that amazingly positive taste. That juicy, tender, scrumptious blood transformed the kidney from a rug to a meat eaten by pretty much everybody.
#3 Skin
You bite into it. Delicious, you think. Another bite into it. It sends flavor right down your mouth. It’s a combination of chewy and crunchy with an accompanying partner of stretchy. Like cotton candy, it dissolves in your mouth. You try to think of what glorious other food has this otherworldly taste, but you just can’t wrap your head around it. This food is the skin, sought over by many, fought over by others and enjoyed by all. Your mouth is watering. you need more of it. But unfortunately, it’s sold out. Some people move on with their lives, but others hunt for it. The only thing that they don’t understand is that the skin needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Behind the scenes of normal life is a witch hunt for these “Skin-Eaters”. When thoroughly cleaned and neatly cooked, skin can be quite a delicacy for cheap. It’s not very healthy, but I stopped caring about my health years ago
#2 Lungs
There are 79 organs in the human body and in the human cuisine. Out of those 79 organs, people usually forget the lungs. The lungs are forgotten about because they are so basic. It breathes air, right? No, the lungs do much more. They are a heavenly meal. The added bonus of oxygen only sweetens the deal. There is no similar taste of the lungs, only that it is rich and succulent. These divine lungs are not overpriced, nor received through druggings. Eating the human lungs is like inhaling that person’s hopes and dreams, their happiness and their soul. It’s almost like eating a person’s lungs that were pulled out of their body without warning- Oh wait, it is! I can’t imagine a world without the wondrous thrill of lungs!
#1 Liver
Mouthwatering. The liver is a never-ending craving. It compels you. The liver isn’t like the skin or the appendix or even the brain. The liver speaks to you, comforts you. It holds you in its arms. The liver tells you everything will be okay. It will all be all right. I hold onto it. My worries vanish, they are gone. My soul is being consumed by the liver. Before I know it, it's gone. I order more, eat it, gone. More, gone. More, more, more. The waiter says they are out of livers, and I grow with rage. My arm lunges out into his stomach and pulls back a perfect, fresh liver. It’s dripping with my ambrosia. It’s seasoned with internal spices. Yeah, the liver is pretty good. I’d say it's best when grilled or pan-fried. It’s quite savory, but works most of the time.
this is the best thing i ever red i mean red i mean red i mean red i mean read
Quite nice opinion, although I think kidneys deserve better than number four, and lungs are not that good
Livers are perfect for a late night delicacy mixed in with ground up trachea and shredded lungs can taste delicous in a stew.
ong i think i just ate my brain bro
I don't know about the lungs: it's hard to come by those so I feel every time I want to eat one, I have to search high and low on the black market, and then climb what feels like the entirety of the Organ Trail just to find a seller. Otherwise, this list perfectly matches my taste!
