Mozzarella:

“He does exactly what I do, but better” - Havarti (the inferior mozzarella) Pizza is yummy too.

Parmesan:

Unlike mozzarella, Parmesan cheese is not versatile, but it adds something no other cheese can provide.

Cheddar:

*says this with a mouth full of cheez its and goldfish* It’s in Cheez its AND goldfish *proceeds eating*

Pepperjack:

Most cheeses aren’t even slightly spicy, so we needed something spicy to appeal to the people who like spicy food.

Havarti:

If you were to accidentally replace this cheese with any other cheese, the meal would probably still be okay.

Mexican Cheese Mix:

I know it isn’t a type of cheese, but instead a mixture of cheese, but I wanted to include specifically this mixture because *gestures toward quesadilla*
