Witch
I don't really get this one. It feels like just making fun of old people who are living alone. To add on, witches in current year are dying off. Think about it, when have you last seen a witch decoration? That's why I am putting the witch in F Tier.
Zombie
I like this one. This is because the concept of a virus breaking out and infecting people through bites is awesome. To add, on it leads to some great hypothetical. Leave in the comments what you would do in an apocalypse. However, the zombie is out classed by other monsters on this list so I can't put it any higher than a B Tier.
Skeleton
We all know that this is the best one. Skeletons are the ultimate Halloween monster as they are scary and funny. If see a skeleton, you immediately feel uneasy as it makes you question who were these people. They are funny too because of characters such as Sans. Easy S Tier
Mummy
This one is horribly represented. What do I mean by this? In my opinion, mummies have a very interesting history. However, the way they are currently is lame. D tier
Werewolves
This one is on par with the zombie not the best but still pretty good. B Tier
Vampire

Pretty accurate but the furry should have been lower and there could have been a little more reasoning as to why the vampire was c tier
