Why MBMS Tolerates Bullying and Takes Phones

In the eyes of most teachers, all kids are nice to each other all the time. This is not true at all. Some kids at MBMS make fun of their peers in a multitude of ways, which somehow is not noticed by around 90 percent of teachers, at least from what I've discovered.

THE TEACHERS

Teachers like to take phones. It makes sense, as kids are not allowed to use phones during school hours--a rule no one listens to. But, teachers ignore the blasting music and talking during their classes. Some teachers do discipline their students, but there are very few. And, sometimes, they discipline the wrong students.

THE BOYS

The boys are more aggressive towards their peers, but even more their teachers. They do not care about what others think, unlike most of the girls, and try to argue with their teachers to get the answer they want. They mock teachers and make fun of them. With students, it isn't AS severe, but they still like to make fun of random kids on occasions.

THE GIRLS

The girls, on the other hand, are quite the opposite. They have respect for teachers, but absolutely NONE for kids they deem "unpopular" or "weird." They aren't as aggressive, but do their bullying with words and try to make the person feel lower than they actually are. I believe they do they do this because they think they are ugly and take their sorrows out on others to make them feel better. This is backed up by the pounds of makeup they put on themselves, even disregarding school rules and doing it in class if they so desire. And, as least clear to teachers, they bully and pretend like their saying nice things by using a nice voice and using as little words as possible. They also make fun of mentally or physically challenged kids by cheering them on or congratulating them and laughing about it later.

REASONING

I believe that the boys think they are all so strong and popular that anyone not as "cool" as them is worthy of being picked on or made fun of. I also believe the girls are the way they are because they are rich. It is a common trope in, say, movies, where the rich kid is an entitled jerk. They are used to getting what they want, so they think they can make fun of kids without consequences.
