On July 23rd, 2022, an Instagram account named fatfatmillycat posted a wonderful series of photos of their cat, Milly, with her tongue out. It quickly gained popularity for such vivid and winkling expressions. Now for the inside details.

Milly is a very social and silly cat that enjoys being eepy. In fact, Milly has been so silly that her usual silliness has been interrupted by ANGER. Milly’s owner is great at articulating her inner Periwinkle thoughts and puts them in captions above the Milly image. Sometimes Milly holds a Pepsi or PeePee can of soda atop her head, showing that she is a connoisseur in the field and the soda also expands her silliness levels. She isn’t lonely though, having playdates with many other silly felines.

Behind what most would say is a “soulless being” or “brainless creature” is a very smart and intelligent animal capable of high silly standards. Milly has unlocked brain capacity for herself and is able to demonstrate advanced sillyism. However, Milly hasn’t been infected with silliness, as she still shows signs of other emotions totaling to a great Periwinkle creature.
